Our student program offers paid Business Unit Training in flatbed, glass, and dedicated divisions. You’ll work with the best instructors and the safest equipment in the industry to get your new career in gear!

We have a dedicated focus on safety and driver training and top-of-line equipment. - Get home weekly with our flatbed division
- Earn $69-76K (depending on your division) in your first year
Maverick is one of the largest and most reputable glass carriers in North America. If you're a person who enjoys the thrill of a challenge and the freedom of the road, then our Glass division might be a good fit for you.
- Get home every other weekend or every 12-14 days
- Earn $70-85K in your first year
