- Starting Pay: $.69-$.745 per mile (6+ months OTR experience)
- $50 Tarp Pay & $30 Glass Rack Pay
- Pay for Performance Bonus Program (up to $70/week)

- $1,000 PRE (Pre-Employment Evaluation Pay)
- $1,000 Flatbed Business Unit Training Pay & $1,000 Glass Business Unit Training Pay
- $500 Non-CDL Referral Bonus (Includes CDL Training Program applicants, securement, technicians, and office positions.)
- $100 Live Load Pay

- $15/hr Detention Pay
- Travel, Lodging & Breakfast/Lunch provided during PRE (Pre-Employment Evaluation) & training
